Jon grew up in Carmel, Indiana, where he swam competitively for over 15 years, eventually reaching the national level. His dedication to athletics mirrored his drive for excellence in all areas of life.

Jon attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, he commissioned as an Army Logistics Officer, gaining invaluable leadership and operational experience.

After transitioning out of the military, Jon embarked on a corporate career, working with industry-leading organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Citizens Bank, and Amazon Web Services. However, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to found a software company called Glamper, which provided hands-on experience in launching and running a business.

It was during this journey that Jon discovered his true passion for operations management and leading teams. His exploration of Small and Medium Business (SMB) acquisition opened a new path, sparking his love for Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA). He established Escalation Partners to pursue this passion, combining his leadership skills and operational expertise to achieve his long-term goals.

Education

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Russian Language from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Jon is married to his wife, Amanda, and is a proud father of two children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading fantasy novels, and continuously learning new things.
